PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Users") that may be obtained when using the AntonKyrza.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the proper protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
1.3. The relationships associated with the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of information about Website Users are regulated by this Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.4. By using the Website, the User expresses their consent to the terms of this Policy.
2. BASIC CONCEPTS
2.1. The following terms are used in this Policy:
2.1.1. "Personal data" — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (personal data subject).
2.1.2. "Processing of personal data" — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2.1.3. "Confidentiality of personal data" — a requirement that must be observed by the Operator or other person who has gained access to personal data not to allow their distribution without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal basis.
2.1.4. "Website User" — a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.
2.1.5. "Cookies" — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request when trying to open the corresponding website page.
2.1.6. "IP address" — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
3. SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. This Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration for non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality protection regime of personal data that the User provides when using the Website.
3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Policy is provided by the User by filling out forms on the Website and includes the following information:
3.2.1. User's last name and first name; 3.2.2. User's contact phone number; 3.2.3. Email address (e-mail); 3.2.4. Links to the User's social media pages.
3.3. The Website protects Data that is automatically transmitted while viewing ad units and when visiting pages with a statistical system script ("pixel"):

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Website that require authorization.

3.4. Any other personal information not mentioned above (purchase history, used browsers and operating systems, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and non-distribution, except for the cases provided for in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Policy.
4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1. The Website Administration may use the User's personal data for the purposes of:
4.1.1. Identifying the User to obtain contact information necessary for communication with the client.
4.1.2. Coordinating the time and date of hypnotherapy and coaching consultations.
4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Website, providing services, processing requests and applications from the User.
4.1.4. Confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
4.1.5. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Website.
4.1.6. Providing the User, with their consent, with information about upcoming consultations, special offers, and other information on behalf of the Website.
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limitation, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties only in cases where it is necessary for organizing hypnotherapy and coaching consultations agreed upon with the User.
5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5. The Website Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
5.6. The Website Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User is obliged to:
6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Website.
6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes to this information.
6.2. The Website Administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure the confidential storage of confidential information, not to disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, except for clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data according to the procedure commonly used to protect such information in existing business practices.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of application or request of the User or their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the verification period, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.
7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Website Administration that has not fulfilled its obligations bears responsibility in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, except for the cases provided for in clauses 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential information, the Website Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before going to court with a lawsuit on disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration.
8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Policy without the User's consent.
9.2. The new Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy.
9.3. All suggestions or questions regarding this Policy should be reported through the feedback form on the website or by email.
9.4. The current Policy is posted on the page at AntonKyrza.com/privacy-policy.
