SERVICE POLICIES
1. ORDERING AND USING SERVICES
1.1. Service Ordering Process
1.1.1. Ordering hypnotherapy and coaching consultations is carried out through the official website AntonKyrza.com by filling out a contact form or contacting using the contact details provided on the website.
1.1.2. After the client's inquiry, the specialist contacts them to clarify details and agree on the time and date of the consultation.
1.1.3. To confirm the appointment, a prepayment may be required, the amount of which is specified when coordinating the service.
1.1.4. After confirming the appointment, the client receives a notification with information about the date, time, place of the consultation, or a link to access the online consultation.
1.2. Service Provision Procedure
1.2.1. Services are provided at a time agreed with the client in the format of an in-person consultation or online session.
1.2.2. Duration of consultations:

The initial consultation can last from 20 minutes to 2.5 hours;

Subsequent consultations last from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on the request being addressed.
1.2.3. It is recommended that the client connects to the online consultation 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time or arrives at the in-person consultation in advance.
1.2.4. In case of client tardiness, the duration of the consultation may be reduced by the late time without recalculating the cost.
1.3. Payment for Services
1.3.1. Payment for services is made according to the current price list posted on the website AntonKyrza.com.
1.3.2. Payment methods include: bank transfer, online payment by bank card, electronic payment systems.
1.3.3. The client can pay for the consultation either in full (100% prepayment) or partially (prepayment of 50% of the service cost with subsequent payment of the remaining amount before the consultation begins).
2. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND RESCHEDULING CONSULTATIONS
2.1. Client Consultation Cancellation Procedure
2.1.1. The client has the right to cancel the appointment without penalties by notifying the specialist at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
2.1.2. In case of cancellation of the consultation less than 24 hours before its start, the prepayment is not refunded and is considered compensation for reserving the specialist's time.
2.1.3. In the event of force majeure circumstances (illness, accident, etc.), confirmed by documents, the client can count on a prepayment refund or rescheduling of the consultation without penalties.
2.2. Rescheduling a Consultation
2.2.1. Rescheduling a consultation to another date and/or time is possible provided that the specialist is notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
2.2.2. When rescheduling a consultation less than 24 hours in advance, an additional fee of 20% of the consultation cost may be charged.
2.2.3. The number of free consultation reschedules is limited and is no more than 2 times for one paid consultation.
2.3. Cancellation of Consultation by the Specialist
2.3.1. In case of cancellation of the consultation at the initiative of the specialist, the client is offered rescheduling to another convenient time or a full refund of the prepayment.
2.3.2. If it is impossible to conduct a consultation due to technical problems on the specialist's side, the client is provided with the opportunity to reschedule the consultation or receive a full refund.
3. REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS
3.1. Grounds for Refund
3.1.1. Cancellation of the consultation by the client more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
3.1.2. Cancellation of the consultation at the initiative of the specialist.
3.1.3. Impossibility of providing the service due to the fault of the specialist or due to technical problems on their side.
3.1.4. Documented force majeure circumstances preventing the client from participating in the consultation.
3.2. Refund Procedure
3.2.1. To process a refund, the client must send a request for a refund to the email kyrza5inc@gmail.com.
3.2.2. The request must include: client's full name, date and time of the canceled consultation, prepayment amount, bank details for refund, reason for refund.
3.2.3. The review period for a refund request is up to 5 business days.
3.2.4. The refund is made in the same way that the payment was made, unless otherwise specified by the client in the refund request.
3.2.5. The term for refunding is up to 14 calendar days from the moment the refund request is approved.
3.3. Withdrawal of Funds from Balance
3.3.1. If the client has a positive balance (for example, bonuses or prepayment for canceled consultations), they can request withdrawal of funds to a bank card or use them to pay for subsequent consultations.
3.3.2. To withdraw funds from the balance, the client sends a corresponding request to the specialist's email.
3.3.3. The minimum amount for withdrawal is 1 UAH.
4. EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF PHYSICAL GOODS
4.1. Policy Regarding Physical Goods
4.1.1. If physical goods (books, audio recordings, methodological materials, etc.) are provided to the client as part of the service provision, the return and exchange of such goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".
4.1.2. Goods of proper quality:

Goods of proper quality can be returned within 14 days from the moment of receipt if they have not been used, their marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is a document confirming the fact of purchase.

Exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if the specified goods have not been used, their marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved.
4.1.3. Goods of improper quality:

The consumer has the right to exchange goods of improper quality during the warranty period.

If defects in the goods are discovered, the client has the right to demand replacement with goods of a similar brand, replacement with the same goods of a different brand with appropriate recalculation of the purchase price, a proportionate reduction in the purchase price, immediate gratuitous elimination of defects in the goods or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the consumer or a third party, or termination of the purchase and sale agreement and return of the money paid for the goods.
4.2. Procedure for Returning Physical Goods
4.2.1. To return the goods, the client must:

Contact the specialist and inform them of their intention to return the goods;

Fill out a return request, indicating the reason for the return;

Send the goods to the specified address with payment of postal expenses according to the agreement of the parties.
4.2.2. Refund for the goods is made after receiving and checking the returned goods within 7 business days.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery of Physical Goods
5.1.1. Delivery of physical goods provided as part of the service provision is carried out in the following ways:

Courier delivery;

Delivery by postal services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, etc.).
5.1.2. Delivery times range from 1 to 7 business days depending on the chosen delivery method and region.
5.1.3. The cost of delivery is determined by the tariffs of the chosen delivery service and can be included in the cost of the goods or paid separately by the client.
5.2. Special Delivery Conditions
5.2.1. The client is obliged to check the goods upon receipt in the presence of a representative of the delivery service, after which to sign a document on receipt of the goods.
5.2.2. In case of detection of package damage or other obvious defects, the client should reflect this in the receipt document and immediately inform the specialist about it.
6. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
6.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations and in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. The administration of the website AntonKyrza.com reserves the right to make changes to these Policies without prior notice to clients. The current version of the Policies is always available on the website.
